Chakras are your body’s energy centers, and when they’re out of balance, you may feel drained, stressed, or emotionally stuck. This gentle Reiki session focuses on clearing and realigning your chakras to restore harmony within. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and at peace—mind, body, and spirit. Still curious about your chakras? Think of your chakras as your body’s seven little “energy wheels,” each glowing with its own color of the rainbow. When they’re spinning smoothly, you feel balanced, peaceful, and full of life. But when they’re blocked or out of tune, you might feel stressed, stuck, or low on energy. Chakra healing helps clear and realign these centers so your energy can flow freely—leaving you lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself. What to expect: During Chakra Alignment you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body in a series of positions, allowing healing energy to flow where it’s most needed, while focusing on balancing each chakra. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep calm, while others simply experience a quiet, peaceful state. Some may feel emotional release or spiritual connection during the session. Sessions typically last 30 minutes. You leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more in tune with your own natural healing energy.
